Abstract: [053] The present invention relates to an integrated industrial automation and performance optimization system for improving operation of an industrial facility. The system includes industrial data interface modules connected to heterogeneous industrial assets, a unified industrial data processing layer for normalizing and correlating operational data, a performance optimization engine for determining plant-level and asset-level performance indicators, a causal correlation module for identifying technical causes of performance deviation, a digital twin module for simulating corrective actions, a constraint validation module for ensuring compliance with safety, quality, equipment, and process limits, and an adaptive supervisory control module for generating optimized industrial control instructions. The system enables coordinated monitoring, deviation detection, cause identification, predictive optimization, energy management, maintenance planning, quality improvement, and closed- loop or semi-closed-loop supervisory control across machines, utilities, production lines, and plant management systems.
