Abstract: ABSTRACT AN INTEGRATED MOBILE APPLICATION SYSTEM FOR PERSONALIZED THEME PARK VISITOR EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT The present invention discloses an integrated mobile application system (100) for personalized theme park visitor experience management, comprising a visitor-facing mobile application (110), a cloud-based application server (120), a park management backend (130), a Bluetooth Low Energy beacon network (140), a data analytics and recommendation engine (150), a real-time ride information module (160), an intelligent itinerary planner (170), and a reward and loyalty engine (180). The system provides indoor positioning with three-to-five-metre accuracy through BLE trilateration, real-time ride queue wait time monitoring, adaptive personalised itinerary planning filtered by visitor physical parameters and thrill preferences, voice-assisted navigation, integrated ticketing and food ordering, group coordination, travel assistance, and a gamified reward points system. The system enables a seamless, inclusive, and adaptive end-to-end visitor experience within a unified mobile platform, addressing prior art gaps in indoor navigation, personalised recommendation, and incentive management at theme park environments.
