Abstract: ABSTRACT Title: An Integrated Modular Construction System and Method for Design, Manufacturing and Assembly of Building Structures An integrated modular construction system and method for designing, manufacturing and assembling building structures is disclosed. A load-bearing modular structural platform is coordinated with a multi-layer building envelope, factory-prepared utility routing, connection features, and a digital intelligence platform. Project parameters are processed to generate or configure a digital building model and construction assemblies, from which manufacturing information is produced for automated fabrication equipment. In an illustrated wall-panel embodiment, structural framing, insulation, board or sheathing layers, utility provisions, complementary edge profiles and a foundation-supported base track cooperate to form installable building components. The digital platform may further generate drawings, bills of materials, component identifiers, production and logistics information, and may maintain a digital twin using sensor or maintenance data.
