Abstract: The present invention relates to an integrated multi-stage municipal solid waste management system for simultaneous recovery of organic fertilizer, recyclable materials and renewable energy. The system comprises a Waste Reception Module, Primary Segregation Module, Size Reduction Module, Biological Stabilization Module, Anaerobic Digestion Module, Organic Fertilizer Production Module, Recyclable Material Recovery Module, Residual Waste Processing Module, an Internal Gravity- Driven Waste Transfer System, an Intelligent Process Monitoring Module, an IoT Communication Module and a Reporting Module. Municipal solid waste is sequentially processed through vertically arranged treatment chambers using gravity-assisted waste transfer to minimize conveyor requirements and energy consumption. Biodegradable waste is converted into biogas and nutrient-rich organic fertilizer, recyclable materials are recovered for industrial reuse, and residual waste is treated prior to environmentally safe disposal. The integrated architecture improves operational efficiency, reduces landfill dependency, minimizes environmental pollution, lowers power consumption and supports sustainable municipal solid waste management through coordinated resource recovery and intelligent process monitoring.
