Abstract: The present invention relates to an integrated polymer shuttering sheet and a process for manufacturing the same for use in concrete and reinforced cement concrete construction. The shuttering sheet comprises a polymeric body having a concrete-contacting surface and an integrally formed structural framework comprising reinforcing ribs, peripheral reinforcing portions and supporting features, thereby reducing the requirement for separately fabricated external framing. The sheet may be manufactured from recycled or reprocessed thermoplastic polymers including HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PE, PP or combinations thereof. The manufacturing process comprises preparation and pulverisation of the polymeric material, mould filling, hydraulic hot compression, and subsequent cooling while maintaining compressive pressure. Such controlled compression promotes improved fusion, consolidation and dimensional stability while reducing internal voids, blow holes and warpage. The resulting shuttering sheet is reusable, structurally rigid, scalable and adaptable to different sizes, thicknesses and construction loading requirements
