Abstract: The present invention discloses an integrated, Python-based software system for comprehensive medical physics quality assurance, dosimetry, treatment plan evaluation, and radiobiological analysis in radiation therapy. The system consolidates eight functional modules into a single unified application: (1) Treatment Plan Evaluation providing both physical dosimetric indices (DVH analysis, Conformity Index, Homogeneity Index, Gradient Index) and radiobiological indices (TCP, NTCP, EQD2, BED) with automated report generation; (2) EPID-based DICOM image analysis for linear accelerator machine quality assurance including symmetry, flatness, and MLC analysis; (3) Photon and electron output dosimetry implementing IAEA TRS-398 and AAPM TG-51 protocols with full correction factor computation; (4) Brachytherapy source positioning verification; (5) Brachytherapy source strength measurement; (6) Radiobiological parameter computation using the Linear-Quadratic model, Lyman-Kutcher-Burman NTCP model, and Poisson TCP model; (7) Integrated DICOM viewer supporting CT, MRI, RT Dose, RT Plan, and RT Structure Set with multi-planar navigation and overlay tools; and (8) Radiation shielding calculations for linear accelerator and brachytherapy rooms based on NCRP and AERB guidelines.
