Abstract: ABSTRACT AN INTEGRATED REAL-TIME HOTEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WITH CENTRALIZED DASHBOARD AND ROLE-BASED WORKFLOW AUTOMATION The present invention discloses an integrated hotel management system (100) for small and medium hospitality establishments comprising a centralized operations dashboard module (110), a front office management module (120) with check-in sub-module (121), check-out sub-module (122), room allocation sub-module (123), and billing sub- module (126), a food and beverage point-of-sale module (130) with kitchen inventory tracker (132) and order management sub- module (131), a centralized data integration layer (140) incorporating a real-time event bus (141), a role-based access control engine (150) with a role permission matrix (152), and a revenue analytics and reporting engine (160). The system (100) eliminates fragmented departmental data management by integrating all hotel operational modules into a unified platform with real-time inter- departmental data synchronization through the real-time event bus (141). Automated workflows including room status propagation on guest check-out, kitchen inventory alerts, maintenance ticket routing, and automated billing aggregation reduce manual coordination requirements.
