MUMBAI, India, July 24 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611063573 A) filed by Noida Institute Of Engineering & Technology on May 20, 2026, for An Integrated Rf Front-End For Compact Wireless Modules.
Inventors include Dr. Mohd Sazid; and Dr. Anupam Kumar Yadav.
The application for the patent was published on July 17, 2026, under issue no. 29/2026.
Abstract: An integrated RF front-end for compact wireless modules is disclosed. The front-end includes an antenna interface, RF switch matrix, receive path, transmit path, tunable matching network, band selective filter arrangement, bias management circuit, front-end controller, sensing elements, and transceiver interface. The controller coordinates switching, tuning, filtering, and bias sequencing according to operating mode and monitored parameters. Integrated sensing enables adjustment of matching and bias states under antenna, temperature, and power variations, thereby supporting compact construction, improved RF continuity, reduced control complexity, and reliable wireless operation.
