MUMBAI, India, Nov. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611107576 A) filed by Yushu Excellence Technologies Private Limited on September 07, 2026, for An Integrated Video Management And Analytics Platform With Provenance-Gated Biometric Control, Graded Analytic Degradation And Cross-Modal Entity Normalisation.

The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.
Abstract: The present invention disclosed a video analytics platform which aggregates cameras registered by plural operating authorities. A camera registry record carries a provenance attribute. Before any analytic is applied to a frame, a permitted analytic set is computed for the source camera from that attribute, and a biometric analytic type is removed from the set unless the attribute holds a designated first-party value; the biometric feature extractor is constructed only upon a permitted dispatch, so that on an estate containing no first-party camera no biometric model is loaded. Each analytic type has a fallback implementation requiring no inference accelerator and no external model artefact, and each emitted detection records which implementation produced it. The analytics host holds no more decoder contexts than a configured bound, refusing further requests, and covers the estate by sequential rotation coupled to a consecutive-failure health hysteresis. Detections of vehicle, person, object and region-occupancy modality are normalised into one record shape and collapsed against one 120 second rule by a single predicate. Recorded frames remain with the operating authorities; the platform holds detection metadata.
