Abstract: [041] The present invention relates to cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and computer-implemented network security systems. The invention provides an intelligent AI-driven framework for real-time or near real-time detection of cyber threats and adaptive network security. The framework receives heterogeneous security information including network traffic, system and host logs, application logs, endpoint events, and threat intelligence feeds, performs preprocessing and feature extraction, and analyzes the resulting data using artificial intelligence and machine learning models. A threat classification and risk scoring mechanism determines the severity and probability of detected malicious activity. Based on the risk assessment, an adaptive response mechanism can dynamically control access, update firewall or intrusion prevention policies, reroute traffic, isolate suspicious entities, or initiate alerts and escalation. A monitoring and feedback mechanism enables controlled model updating using validated security events and newly observed threat characteristics. The framework provides an integrated technical architecture for improving detection, response time, adaptability, and protection against evolving cyber threats across heterogeneous computing environments.
