The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a computer-implemented Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and organizational sustainability assessment, prediction and intervention system. The system comprises interconnected data acquisition, validation and preprocessing, normalization and transformation, GHRM assessment, outcome integration, prediction and decision, intervention recommendation, feedback and monitoring, data storage, and user interface modules. The system receives multidimensional organizational and employee data from human resource information systems, recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, employee surveys, leadership assessment, and sustainability reporting systems. The acquired data is validated, processed, transformed, and normalized to generate dimension-specific GHRM scores relating to Green Recruitment and Selection, Green Training, Green Performance Management, Green Compensation and Reward, Green Involvement, and Green Health and Safety. A configurable composite GHRM score is subsequently generated using weighted dimension scores. The composite GHRM state is integrated with employee engagement, organizational commitment to sustainability, green transformational leadership, environmental performance, and employee retention indicators. A prediction and decision engine generates outcome estimations, sustainability classifications, or risk classifications using statistical, machine-learning, rule-based, scoring, or hybrid models. An intervention recommendation engine identifies deficient GHRM dimensions and prioritizes corrective interventions based on deficiency, predicted organizational impact, urgency, feasibility, and historical intervention performance. A feedback and monitoring module compares baseline and post-intervention observations, calculates improvement values, updates intervention priorities, and stores historical assessment records. The invention thereby provides a closed-loop technical architecture for organizational sustainability assessment, predictive decision-making, targeted GHRM intervention, continuous monitoring, and iterative improvement.
