It consists of soil moisture sensors, temperature and humidity sensors, pH sensors, nutrient sensing modules, and weather monitoring systems, all of which are integrated into a communication architecture enabled by the cloud. The real-time data is analyzed through machine learning algorithms in order to facilitate the optimal scheduling of irrigations, identification of any anomalies in the field, and crop yield prediction. A mobile/web interface helps farmers get alerts and suggestions and control their operations.
