Abstract: ABSTRACT [0021] Lymphoma is a type of cancer that affects the lymphatic system which in turn impairs the body’s ability to fight infections. It is classified into Hodgkin’s and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, with the latter accounting for 4% of annual cancer cases. The recurrence rates of lymphoma are 20% to 30% for Hodgkin lymphoma and significantly higher for aggressive non-Hodgkin subtypes like diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Traditional diagnosis methods include biopsies and imaging and often suffer from limitations such as delayed detection, invasive procedures, and reliance on symptom variability hence reducing treatment effectiveness. To address these challenges, this study introduces an AI-driven predictive model that integrates demographic factors like age, gender, race, and smoking history for early risk assessment. The study also explores machine learning with personalized screening and lifestyle-based prevention strategies that have the potential to enhance the early diagnosis, reduce relapse rates, and improve patient survival outcomes, making lymphoma detection more precise and accessible in real-world clinical applications.
