Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention discloses a privacy-preserving multi-modal behavioral signal fusion system (100) for desktop-based predictive emotional risk detection and staged intervention. The system (100) comprises a system optimization module (102), an authentication module (104), a user data initialization module (106), a data acquisition layer (108), a keystroke monitoring module (110), a sentiment processing engine (112), a behavioral baseline and risk prediction module (122), a persistence layer (124), an alert management module (126), and a user interface layer (128). During operation, the authentication module (104) verifies the user, following which the data acquisition layer (108) and keystroke monitoring module (110) continuously collect desktop behavioral signals. The sentiment processing engine (112) analyzes textual and behavioral information to determine emotional state, while the behavioral baseline and risk prediction module (122) compares current behavior with historical patterns to predict emotional risk. The persistence layer (124) securely stores irreversible numerical sentiment indices and encrypted metadata. The alert management module (126) generates staged intervention alerts upon validated risk, and the user interface layer (128) displays real-time behavioral analytics, thereby enabling accurate, adaptive, and privacy-preserving emotional monitoring through local processing.
