Abstract: The present invention relates to an intelligent rehabilitation wheelchair system integrating mobility assistance, autonomous obstacle avoidance, therapeutic exercise mechanisms, vibration therapy, and emergency safety control within a single platform. The system comprises a chassis assembly, a controller, a mobility subsystem, an obstacle detection subsystem, a rehabilitation therapy subsystem, a vibration therapy subsystem, a power management subsystem, and an emergency safety subsystem. The obstacle detection subsystem employs multiple distance sensors positioned around the wheelchair to continuously monitor the surrounding environment and automatically initiate collision avoidance when an obstacle is detected within a predefined safety zone. The rehabilitation therapy subsystem includes motorized leg exercise, reclining backrest, and cervical movement mechanisms configured to perform passive range-of-motion exercises. The vibration therapy subsystem provides localized vibrational stimulation to improve circulation and user comfort. An emergency stop mechanism instantly disables propulsion and therapy functions during hazardous conditions. The invention enhances user safety, mobility, rehabilitation effectiveness, comfort, and independence while reducing caregiver dependence.
