Abstract: The present invention relates to an interactive decision support system for multi-crop planning using multi-objective optimization and user-driven comparison. The system comprises an input module configured to receive soil, climatic, and land-related parameters; a decision synthesis module comprising a preprocessing module, a multi-label prediction module, a validation module, an objective evaluation module, a multi-objective optimization module, and a preference integration module; and a decision output module comprising a land allocation module, a user crop evaluation module, a comparative analysis module, and a report generation module. The system enables generation of multiple crop recommendations, optimization of crop combinations using multi-objective optimization, and interactive selection of crop planning strategies. The system further enables users to manually construct crop plans and compare them with system-generated optimized plans based on performance metrics including economic return and water consumption. The system generates actionable land-allocation plans and downloadable reports for improved decision-making. (Figure 1)
