Abstract: The present invention relates to an interactive guidance system for assistive application usage. The system (100) is designed to facilitate user interaction with an application by providing visual guidance through a graphical user interface (GUI) comprising a plurality of GUI elements and predefined paths. The system (100) receives a first input on a third UI element. Further, the system (100) highlights each of the intermediate points associated with the predefined paths. The system (100) identifies a preferential path from the plurality of predefined paths based on the first input and provides an assistive UI element over a preferential UI element placed on the preferential path. This indicates preferential input for a preferential output within the application usage. The system (100) receives a second input indicative of the movement of the preferential UI element along the intermediate points of the preferential path.
