Abstract: ABSTRACT AN INTERACTIVE THEMED FOLDABLE ORIGAMI MENU CARD ASSEMBLY FOR EXPERIENTIAL DISPLAY OF RESTAURANT FOOD AND BEVERAGE OFFERINGS An interactive themed foldable origami menu card assembly (100) is disclosed for experiential display of food and beverage offerings in a hospitality establishment. The assembly (100) comprises a generally square foldable substrate (110) bearing an orthogonal fold-pattern (120) of two diagonal and two median fold-lines partitioning the substrate (110) into four outer panels (130), four inner flaps (140) and a central concealed region (150). Four finger- receiving pockets (135) on rear faces of the outer panels (130) receive a user's thumbs and index fingers for manipulating the assembly (100) between a closed configuration, a first opening configuration and a second opening configuration mutually orthogonal thereto. Thematic indicia (160) are arranged hierarchically: category headings (170) on the outer panels (130); menu items with prices (180) on the inner flaps (140); and a proprietary brand mark with descriptive sub-text (190) on the central concealed region (150). Vertex regions (200) carry thematic motifs producing a unified four-corner composition. The assembly (100) converts menu selection into a multi-stage tactile reveal. [
