Abstract: The present invention relates to an IoMT-based multi-sensor hardware system for real-time sport-physiological monitoring comprises an ESP32 microcontroller having integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth communication capabilities, at least one physiological sensor for measuring heart rate and blood oxygen levels, a temperature sensor, one or more optional sensors including a glucose sensor and a blood-pressure sensor, a power supply interface comprising a USB connection, and an embedded application module stored in the microcontroller. The embedded application module collects sensor data, processes it, and generates a sport-readiness analysis. The microcontroller transmits sensor data to an external host device, wherein the host device comprises at least one of a smartphone, a laptop, or a television. The embedded application module automatically launches on the host device upon connection, enabling plug- and-play operation without requiring installation of external software, and the microcontroller communicates with the sensors through standard interfacing protocols.
