The MQ135 gas sensor module (1) detects air-quality variations and harmful gases including ammonia, sulfur compounds, benzene, and carbon dioxide-related changes. The MQ-5 gas sensor module (2) detects combustible gases including LPG, methane, and hydrogen. The temperature and humidity sensor (3) measures environmental parameters influencing spoilage rates. The microcontroller (4) is operatively connected to the sensors to collect, preprocess, and transmit data via wireless communication to a cloud platform and the mobile application (5). The mobile application (5) displays real-time data, generates alerts, and presents trends. The buzzer (6) provides audible alerts upon detection of abnormal conditions. The system enables real-time monitoring and prediction of food spoilage.
