An image acquisition and recognition module (104) configured to capture vehicle images and perform optical character recognition (OCR). An authentication and control module (106) configured to verify the extracted vehicle identification data. The system also includes a cloud-based data management module (108) configured to store and synchronize parking slot information, user reservations, vehicle entry and exit timestamps, transaction records, and authentication data in real time. An IoT device control module (110) comprising a microcontroller. The system also includes a billing and payment processing module (112) configured to calculate parking duration.
