Abstract: The present invention relates to an IOT based robot for commercial applications designed for efficient food delivery in commercial restaurants and hospitality environments. The system comprises an Arduino Nano (101) acting as the central controller, an ultrasonic sensor (102) for obstacle detection, push buttons (103) at customer tables to initiate orders, a voltage sensor (104) for battery monitoring, an RF transmitter (105) for wireless communication, an LCD display (106) for real-time status updates, a motor driver (107), and robot motors (108) for autonomous navigation. Upon pressing the table button (103), the robot receives the signal, navigates to the table, and enables customers to select dishes via a keypad or touchscreen. Order details are transmitted wirelessly to the kitchen, where an RF receiver, LCD display (106), buzzer, and reset button (103) notify staff. After preparation, the robot retrieves and delivers food to the table, ensuring obstacle-aware movement and efficient service. Integration with IoT enables remote monitoring, predictive maintenance, and enhanced operational efficiency.
