Abstract: The present invention relates to an IoT-based system for predictive power quality analysis and equipment health monitoring. The IoT based system (100) comprises a microcontroller unit (110) operatively coupled with an energy measurement module (120) configured to continuously acquire electrical parameters including voltage, current, frequency, power factor, and energy consumption. The energy measurement module (120) is powered by a power supply unit (130) and communicates data to the microcontroller unit (110) for processing. A display module (140) is provided for real-time visualization of system parameters. The processed data is transmitted via a wireless communication module (150) to a cloud platform (160) for storage and predictive analysis to detect anomalies and forecast equipment failures. The system further includes relay modules (170, 180) for automated control of electrical loads (190, 200). The invention enables continuous monitoring, predictive maintenance, reduced downtime, and improved operational efficiency across electrical installations.
