Abstract: An IoT based system for RFID Access and Appliance Control with Predictive Analytics The present invention relates to a cloud-integrated Internet of Things (IoT)- based smart resource and security management system for unified access control, appliance automation, energy monitoring, and water-resource management. The system comprises distributed ESP32-based processing nodes, RFID authentication modules, biometric verification, appliance switching modules, water-level sensing modules, cloud communication infrastructure, a data storage module, and a cloud-based analytics engine. The invention provides configurable single-layer, double- layer, and triple-layer authentication, appliance-specific RFID authorization, automated dual-level water monitoring with intelligent pump control, and real-time monitoring through mobile and web interfaces. Machine-learning-based analytics process operational data to generate electricity consumption forecasts, billing estimates, anomaly detection, and security deployment recommendations. Unauthorized access activates image capture and alert generation. A custom switching printed circuit board enables seamless integration with existing electrical infrastructure while supporting high-power appliances. The system provides a scalable, secure, and intelligent platform for efficient infrastructure management across residential, commercial, educational, institutional, and industrial environments.
