Abstract: ABSTRACT An irrigation kit for local endo-perio lesions therapy The invention provides an irrigation kit used during a non-surgical endodontic therapy comprising a first irrigant solution including sodium hypochlorite solution, a second irrigant pack including plurality of antimicrobial agents including a member from tetracycline and nitroimidazole class, and a diluent, plurality of sterile syringes with appropriate sterile needles, sterile mixing equipment including sterile mixing bowl or dish, sterile stirring rod or spatula and graduated measuring cylinder, plurality of alcohol swabs, protective gears including sterile gloves, mask and/or protective eye wear, and one or more sterile storage containers. The process of preparation of second irrigant includes mixing the active ingredients from second irrigant pack, forming a thicker suspension and dissolving the ingredients in the diluent to obtain a homogenous solution. The process of disinfecting a selected region includes multiple cycles of irrigation process using the first and second irrigant solution with variable dosage, volume and time depending on the condition.
