Abstract: ABSTRACT AN LLM-POWERED INTELLIGENT RESUME EVALUATION AND FEEDBACK SYSTEM USING MERN STACK ARCHITECTURE The present invention discloses an LLM-powered intelligent resume evaluation and feedback system (100) that automates the assessment of candidate resumes against job descriptions using large language model-based natural language processing. The system (100) comprises a frontend user interface module (110) built with React.js, a backend server module (120) using Node.js and Express.js, an AI and NLP processing module (130) interfacing with the Gemini API, and a database module (140) using MongoDB. The system (100) performs automated text extraction from uploaded resumes, semantic skill identification, compatibility scoring, skill gap analysis, interview question generation, and personalized feedback generation. The system (100) overcomes limitations of conventional keyword-based matching by employing a large language model for contextual semantic understanding, providing an integrated platform that combines evaluation, feedback, and interview preparation within a unified MERN stack web application accessible through standard web browsers.
