Abstract: ABSTRACT AN OFFLINE ADAPTIVE BRAILLE LEARNING SYSTEM An offline adaptive Braille learning system (100) comprises a tactile input interface (102) with Braille input actuators, a processing unit (104), and a memory (106) storing Braille mappings and user-specific skill profiles. A biometric authentication module (108) enables selection of a user profile. A decoding module (110) interprets input into Braille characters, and a deterministic rule-based evaluation engine (112) computes performance metrics including accuracy, response time, and error type. An adaptive control engine (114) selects subsequent input tasks based on a confidence score derived from said metrics. An audio feedback module (116) provides real-time correctness and error-based feedback, and a local storage module (118) updates the user profile. The system (100) operates in a closed-loop cycle of input, decoding, evaluation, adaptation, feedback, and profile update, entirely on-device without network dependency, enabling deterministic and personalized Braille learning.
