Abstract: An oral immunomodulatory drug delivery formulation is disclosed. The system protects an immunomodulatory active ingredient during gastric transit and enables controlled intestinal release with enhanced transient mucosal contact. The formulation may be provided as a capsule, sachet, or compressed multiparticulate tablet and is adaptable to different immunomodulatory agents requiring regulated gastrointestinal exposure.
