Abstract: An oral liquid formulation for dysphagic patients is disclosed. The formulation comprises an active pharmaceutical ingredient phase, a rheology control matrix, an aqueous vehicle, a wetting and dispersion system, a taste masking system, a pH and preservative stabilizing system, and a calibrated dosing container. The composition provides shear thinning flow, improved bolus control, redispersible dose uniformity, and enhanced palatability. The formulation enables caregiver assisted oral administration without crushing solid dosage forms and supports accurate dosing through oral syringes or calibrated dispensing interfaces.
