The application for the patent was published on July 17, 2026, under issue no. 29/2026.
Abstract: The invention relates to a solid dispersion based bioavailability enhancement system for poorly water soluble active pharmaceutical ingredients. The system comprises an active ingredient reservoir dispersed within a primary polymeric carrier phase, a crystallisation inhibiting stabilizer, a hydrophilic dissolution promoter, and a dosage forming support matrix. The configuration maintains the drug in a dissolution favourable state, improves wetting, restricts recrystallisation, and enables conversion into oral dosage forms. The system provides enhanced apparent solubility, improved dissolution rate, storage stability, and increased absorption availability.
