Abstract: The present invention provides an orthopaedic brace (100) for supporting a shoulder joint or a knee joint. The orthopaedic brace (100) includes a flexible support body (10) configured to be positioned over a joint region of either the shoulder joint or the knee joint. A strapping system (20) coupled to the flexible support body (10). An integrated thermal pocket (30) formed in the flexible support body (10) and positioned to overlie the joint region. A thermal pack holder (40) releasably secured within the integrated thermal pocket (30). A thermal conductive inner layer (50) positioned between the removable thermal pack and a skin-contacting side of the flexible support body (10). Upon securing the orthopaedic brace (100) to the shoulder joint or the knee joint, the integrated thermal pocket (30) is positioned over the joint region such that the removable thermal pack is retained adjacent the joint region.
