The plurality of cylindrical posts (108) is disposed in the plurality of rectangular cavities (106). The plurality of iris windows (110) is positioned in the housing (102), such that an iris window of the plurality of iris windows (110) is positioned between adjacent rectangular cavities of the plurality of rectangular cavities (106). The plurality of iris windows (110) is adapted to inductively couple to the plurality of rectangular cavities (106). Further, the cover plate (104) having a plurality of tuning screws (103) is disposed on the housing (102).
