Abstract: The invention discloses a multimodal artificial intelligence system for real-time stress and fatigue detection using behavioural and facial analysis. The system captures user interaction data including keyboard activity, mouse movement, click frequency, application usage, and idle duration, along with facial features obtained through a webcam. The collected data is pre-processed, fused, and analysed using machine learning classifiers comprising Random Forest and XG Boost algorithms to classify user conditions into Normal, Tired, and Stressed states. Based on the detected condition, the system generates adaptive break recommendations and monitors user productivity through continuous activity assessment. Reinforcement learning techniques are utilized to refine recommendation strategies based on user feedback. The proposed system provides a non-invasive, cost-effective, and privacy- preserving solution for enhancing user well-being and productivity without requiring physiological sensing devices. .
