Abstract: The present invention discloses an anti-inflammatory combination of herbal and allopathic medicine and a process for preparation thereof. The composition comprises standardized extracts of Boswellia serrata and Curcuma longa, a micro-dose of a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, and a polysaccharide-based matrix. The formulation is configured to provide dual-phase release, wherein the drug offers immediate relief and the herbal components provide sustained anti-inflammatory effects. The process includes standardization, micronization, blending, microencapsulation, and dosage form preparation. The invention provides a synergistic, safe, and effective solution for managing inflammatory conditions with reduced adverse effects.
