Abstract: Provided herein are anti-transthyretin (TTR) antibodies, corresponding polynucleotides and expression vectors as well as compositions (e.g., pharmaceutical compositions) and related articles of manufacture that contain the anti-TTR antibody as a drug. Provided herein are also methods of treating or preventing transthyretin-mediated amyloidosis (ATTR) in a subject in need thereof using the pharmaceutical compositions. Additionally, provided herein are methods for validating, identifying, and screening of an amyloid depleting drug using high-resolution live-cell imaging as well as methods for producing a pharmaceutical composition of an amyloid depleting drug and kits suitable for use in said methods.
