Abstract: ANTIBIOTIC HIERARCHY GAME KIT FOR LOWER RESPIRATORY TRACT INFECTION (LRTI) TRAINING The invention relates to an antibiotic hierarchy game kit for lower respiratory tract infection training. The kit comprises antibiotic-labelled pellets carrying Cefuroxime, Cefpodoxime, Amoxiclav, Ceftriaxone, Cefotaxime, Piperacillin-Tazobactam, Imipenem and Meropenem, at least one clinical scenario pellet representing OPD, IP-Ward, IP-ICU or IP-ICU with suspected MDRO, a ball, a playing arena with boundaries, team identifiers, a stopwatch or timer and a scoring sheet. In use, antibiotic pellets and one clinical scenario pellet are stacked together. A proponent team knocks down the pile using the ball, identifies the clinical scenario pellet and rebuilds the antibiotic hierarchy corresponding to the selected scenario while opponents throw the ball. Correctness and time taken are recorded. The scoring sheet records 10 points for correct hierarchy and a loss of 5 points for incorrect arrangement. [FIG. 2]
