MUMBAI, India, July 24 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521003024 A) filed by School Of Pharmacy, Lnct University on January 13, 2025, for Antiulcer And Hepatoprotective Composition From Ficus Benghalensis Linn.

Inventors include Ajay Kumar Diwakar; and Dr Virendra Kumar Sharma.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising an ethanolic extract of Ficus benghalensis stem bark, which demonstrates significant antiulcer and hepatoprotective activities.
