The instructions, when executed by the processor, may cause the apparatus to determine at least one resource element among the overlapping resource elements. The instructions, when executed by the processor, may cause the apparatus to allocate a downlink signal related to the second RAT to the remaining resource elements except for the at least one resource element among the plurality of second resource elements.
