The application for the patent was published on June 19, 2026, under issue no. 25/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT The present disclosure relates to colorimetric genotypic detection. The apparatus (100) includes a heating chamber (108) containing a phase-change material (110) that maintains temperature after electrical power cessation, enabling stable thermal conditions without continuous power. A heating element (112) transfers thermal energy to the phase-change material (110), regulated by a thermostat (114) that controls power delivery. During the thermostat's (114) on state, the phase-change material (110) absorbs thermal energy; during the off state, the phase-change material releases stored energy. A reaction vessel (116), positioned within the heating chamber (108), contains a dried isothermal amplification reagent composition (202) with a colorimetric indicator that undergoes a visible color transition upon isothermal nucleic acid amplification. A color reference card (118) displays distinct color zones, each corresponding to a specific genotypic outcome. The apparatus (100) enables genotypic determination through direct visual comparison between the reaction vessel (116) and the color reference card (118). FIG. 1
