Abstract: ABSTRACT The present disclosure relates to cryptographic key distribution apparatus and methods. The apparatus (100) includes a photovoltaic solar panel (102) that generates electrical power from solar radiation, sustaining cryptographic operations across varying grid power conditions. A dual-mode communication subsystem (108) receives cryptographic operation requests from remote devices via both IP and non-IP communication modes, ensuring connectivity across diverse network conditions. A secure crypto-processor (106) receives cryptographic operation requests from the dual-mode communication subsystem (108), performs cryptographic operations on contained data, and transmits resulting cryptographic operation results back to remote devices through the dual-mode communication subsystem (108). An audio output subsystem (114) generates synthesized vernacular language speech output announcing cryptographic operation results in Indian vernacular languages, enabling operation by vernacular language operators. The apparatus (100) thereby performs cryptographic key distribution across varying grid power availability, network connectivity conditions, and operator language requirements. Fig.1
