Abstract: Abstract An apparatus for data ingestion, anomaly and root cause detection is disclosed for real-time data ingestion, anomaly detection and root cause analysis. The system receives streaming sensor data, logs, contextual metadata, historical trends and domain-specific rule parameters from sensor nodes, enterprise data feeds, industrial systems and operations teams through an input interface. A conditioning portion prepares the received input by filtering, normalizing, parsing, segmenting or otherwise converting the input into a structured representation suited to the particular processing task. A decision portion then ingests multi-source data, aligns the data by time and context, detects deviations, correlates related events and identifies candidate root causes using historical and rule-based evidence. The system generates anomaly records, root-cause candidates, false-positive indicators and proactive issue resolution reports through an output interface and stores a corresponding processing record. The arrangement links acquisition, conditioning, decision processing and output generation in one operative chain, because the apparatus correlates each detected anomaly with historical trend data, contextual metadata and domain rules before the root-cause result is generated.
