The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses aroma recovery and reinfusion module for food dehydration systems (100) configured to recover and restore naturally occurring volatile aroma compounds during food dehydration. The module comprises a food dehydrator/drying chamber (102), exhaust duct/outlet connection (104), flow diverter/bypass valve (106), cooling heat exchanger/condenser (108), demister/water separator (110), hydrophobic sorption cartridge (112), regeneration chamber (114), aroma storage reservoir (116), controller (118), sensors (120), reinfusion outlet (122), packaging headspace chamber (124), tumbling/coating drum or final dryer zone (126). The system diverts aroma-bearing exhaust, removes bulk moisture, selectively captures volatile aroma compounds, regenerates and stores the recovered aroma, and reinfuses the concentrated aroma into dried food products without increasing moisture content, thereby preserving the natural aroma and flavour of dehydrated foods.
