Abstract: Disclosed in the present application are an array substrate and a display panel. In the array substrate, a first thin film transistor located in a pixel region comprises a first electrode, a first insulating layer, a second electrode, a first active portion, a second insulating layer and a first gate which are disposed on a substrate; one end of the first active portion is connected to the second electrode, and the other end of the first active portion extends along a sidewall of a first via hole in the first insulating layer and is connected to the first electrode corresponding to the first via hole.
