Abstract: The present invention discloses artificial intelligence-based customer retention and notification system implemented as an integrated machine structure configured to perform real-time prediction of customer churn and automated execution of personalized retention actions. The system comprises a data acquisition unit configured to receive heterogeneous customer-related data from multiple sources, a preprocessing processor configured to normalize and transform the received data into structured representations, a predictive processing unit configured to compute churn probability scores using trained machine learning models, and a decision processing unit configured to generate optimized retention actions based on predictive outputs and contextual parameters. A communication unit is provided to generate and transmit personalized notifications through multiple channels, while a feedback acquisition unit captures customer responses and facilitates continuous updating of predictive and decision processes.
