Abstract: [060] The present invention relates to an Artificial Intelligence-Based Predictive Decision Support System and Method for context-aware intelligent decision making across multiple application domains. The system comprises a data acquisition module configured to collect heterogeneous information from distributed data sources, a preprocessing engine for feature extraction and data normalization, an adaptive artificial intelligence prediction engine for generating predictive outcomes, a contextual reasoning engine for incorporating operational and environmental knowledge, a scenario simulation module for evaluating multiple future decision alternatives, an optimization engine for selecting preferred recommendations, an explainable artificial intelligence module for providing transparent reasoning, and a continuous learning engine for automatically updating predictive models using feedback and operational outcomes. The disclosed invention improves prediction accuracy, scalability, explainability, adaptability, and real-time decision support while reducing uncertainty and enhancing operational efficiency across enterprise, industrial, healthcare, financial, agricultural, logistics, and smart city environments.
