Abstract: ABSTRACT: Artificial Intelligence-Based Privacy-Preserving Classroom Monitoring and Intelligent Teaching Assistance System with Autonomous Session Authentication This invention describes an artificial intelligence-based classroom monitoring and teaching assistance system configured to automatically activate only during authenticated instructional sessions while preserving student privacy. The system authenticates classroom operation through multi-condition verification including scheduled timetable validation, teacher authentication, continuous instructional speech detection, and classroom occupancy confirmation prior to initiating analytical processing. Following activation, computer vision anonymously estimates classroom attention, participation, engagement, confusion, fatigue, note-taking behavior, teacher interaction, and collective behavioral patterns without performing permanent facial identification. A natural language processing engine analyzes instructional speech and student interactions to identify lesson topics, difficult concepts, recurring questions, and conceptual misunderstandings. Statistical analytics generate aggregate classroom performance indicators, historical learning trends, and predictive engagement metrics, while a recommendation engine produces context-sensitive teaching suggestions. Differentiated reports are delivered to teachers and administrators according to authorization levels.
