Abstract: The current patent application describes an intelligent, AI-driven system that automatically detects the availability of medicines in nearby pharmacies. This system combines information regarding the real-time pharmacy inventory, database of medicines, user locations, and cloud healthcare services in order to accurately determine the availability of medicines, recommend appropriate pharmacies, suggest generic medicines, and compare prices. Artificial intelligence methodologies such as natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and recommendation systems are used in order to interpret user queries and recommend the most appropriate pharmacy based on real-time inventory information. The framework uses cloud-based infrastructure to ensure scalability, synchronization of inventory in real time, and minimum computation required at users' end devices. Learning algorithms constantly upgrade the system based on updates in inventory of pharmacies, medicine demand trends, and search habits of users to increase recommendation efficiency. The system also gives automatic alerts on becoming available of out-of-stock medicines and suggestions for alternative medicines. Experiments show that the proposed system works with great accuracy in predicting medicine availability and recommending pharmacies, decreasing medicine search time, and increasing access to health care. Thus, by integrating artificial intelligence and cloud-based technology, this invention presents an advanced framework for intelligent detection of medicine availability, pharmacy recommendation, and health care delivery.
