Abstract: This invention introduces an Artificial Intelligence-Based Self-Healing Enterprise Cybersecurity Architecture, or AISHECA—a security framework built to be autono- mous, adaptive, and resilient. AISHECA doesn’t just monitor and detect threats; it responds and remediates them on its own, all within complex enterprise environ- ments. In contrast to conventional cybersecurity solutions which still lean heavily on static rules, signature-based detection, and manual interventions, AISHECA directly tackles the problems these old methods can’t handle: zero-day exploits, advanced persistent threats, polymorphic malware, ransomware, and adversaries wielding AI. The outcome with legacy systems? Slow threat detection, operational downtime, costly incidents, and rising compliance risks—especially in the modern sprawl of hy-brid clouds, pervasive IoT, and distributed networks. AISHECA integrates several layers of artificial intelligence. It uses advanced deep learning models— like Convolutional Neural Networks, Recurrent Neural Networks, and Transformer-based architectures—for pattern recognition and anomaly detec-tion. To adapt policies on the fly, the architecture employs reinforcement learning techniques, including PPO and DQN variants, and relies on federated learning to keep collaborative threat intelligence private and efficient, even across different silos within an organization. At its heart sits a self-healing engine that relies on real-time anomaly detection, powered by multimodal data fusion. It aggregates everything from network traffic logs and system telemetry to user behavior analytics, endpoint activity, and cloud workload metrics. All this data is processed through a streaming analytics pipeline based on Apache Kafka and Apache Spark—so responses are prompt and grounded in the most current intelligence available. When AISHECA detects a threat, it doesn’t wait around. It takes action by isolating compromised nodes with software-defined networking micro-segmentation, deploy-ing access controls guided by zero-trust principles, and restoring compromised con-figurations from golden images using Kubernetes for seamless orchestration. Predic-tive patching kicks in, informed by vulnerability forecasting models. These work-flows are all autonomous, cutting exposure time. Adding another layer, the architec-ture introduces a digital twin simulation—essentially a sandbox where remediation strategies are tested before they go live. This way, organizations see fewer false posi-tives and better business continuity. What makes AISHECA novel is its hierarchical multi-agent AI system. Specialized agents—focused on threat detection, response orchestration, recovery validation, and optimization—operate under a central meta-controller shaped by multi-objective re-inforcement learning. With this setup, the system adapts to new threat vectors con-tinuously and without human intervention. AISHECA goes further by leveraging quantum-inspired algorithms to strengthen cryptographic key management and se-cure routing at 5G and 6G-enabled enterprise edges. And for transparency and au-ditability, explainable AI modules like SHAP and attention visualizations are built in, supporting regulatory compliance across GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST. Technically, AISHECA’s impact is dramatic. It cuts mean time to detect and recover from attacks by more than 85%, makes the environment less vulnerable through con-tinual self-optimization, and remains scalable across on-prem, cloud, and edge de-ployments. Testing on simulated enterprise scenarios shows that the architecture con-sistently outperforms benchmarks—delivering high precision and recall, without bogging down legitimate operations. By enabling true autonomy in cybersecurity, AISHECA marks a real step forward for enterprise defense. It helps organizations build resilient, self-sustaining security foundations, ready for a world where digital threats keep getting smarter and more aggressive.
