Abstract: The present invention discloses an artificial intelligence-based system for skill evaluation and adaptive reward allocation using deep learning models. The system integrates data acquisition, preprocessing, feature extraction, and a hybrid deep learning framework comprising Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), Long Short- Term Memory (LSTM), and Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) to analyze user performance and predict skill levels. Based on these predictions, an adaptive reward allocation module dynamically assigns personalized rewards such as points, badges, or incentives. The system further incorporates a feedback mechanism for continuous learning and optimization. The invention enhances accuracy, reduces bias, and enables scalable, real-time, and personalized skill assessment and reward distribution across multiple domains. The platform includes comprehensive progress tracking to monitor skill development and provide insights into user growth. An adaptive reward system integrates gamification elements such as interactive challenges and milestone-based incentives to boost engagement and motivation. Additionally, a feedback and analytics component deliver detailed insights into performance, aiding users in understanding their progress and identifying areas for improvement.
