Abstract: The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence based super-resolution imaging system for enhancing resolution of medical and satellite imagery. The system comprises an image input module for receiving a low-resolution image, a domain identification module for classifying the image as medical imagery or satellite imagery, a degradation estimation module for generating a degradation profile, and a domain-adaptive super-resolution engine for reconstructing a high-resolution image. The system further comprises an artefact suppression module for reducing false details and reconstruction artefacts, a structural validation module for verifying preservation of anatomical or geospatial structures, and a confidence assessment module for generating reliability information associated with the enhanced image. The invention improves image clarity, edge preservation, structural fidelity, and technical reliability while reducing artefacts and noise amplification, thereby supporting diagnostic image review and surveillance image analysis.
